This website is operated by Ochs Mortgage Group, powered by West Capital Lending, Inc. ("we," "us"). Ochs Mortgage Group is a branch of West Capital Lending, Inc., Company NMLS #1566096, 755 West Big Beaver Rd, Suite 1725, Troy, MI 48084.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, your goals and timeframe, and anything you choose to write in a message.
- Consent records: whether you checked the contact consent box, the wording you agreed to, the date and time, the page and your IP address.
- Marketing source information: campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM parameters), the website that referred you and the first page you visited. These are stored in your browser so we know which channel brought you here.
